How will my company benefit from this program?

The Juice card is simple to implement, involves no cost to the company, and enables you to eliminate paper checks, thereby saving time and money. You also can customize your card with your company logo or image that will promote your business in a unique way.

Juice will also help your employees receive funds quicker and eliminates their cost of cashing checks. Payday no longer requires driving to a check casher and will increase employee satisfaction.

Is there a minimum number of employees required to establish the program?
There is no minimum number required to establish a program.
How do I pay my employees?

Once your employee has their card registered and activated, you can pay using the routing and account number tied to the card.  The deposit will occur the same way it does for you today if paying to a checking or savings account. You can also utilize Juice Direct Pay for payout purposes.

How do I invite my employees to get the card?

You can keep an inventory of branded instant issue cards at your work sites, which you can give to employees and have them register upon hire. Or you can invite your employees to register via your dedicated sign up link.

How do my employees get a card?

You provide them a card from your inventory of branded instant issue cards. Once your employee registers and is verified they will receive a personalized card through the mail. Alternatively, you could simply send them an email through our portal so that they can register and generate a new card.

Can I put my company’s name or my store front on the card?

Absolutely. All Juice cards are fully customizable to promote your brand.  All custom card images require Juice to conduct due diligence on your business.

How can my company get started?

How will this program affect our current payroll process?

It won’t! It is simply another form of direct deposit.
Can I myself get a card?
Absolutely. It’s a great way to demonstrate to your employees that you also use and trust the card.

How do we address lost/stolen or replacement cards for employees?

What are my ongoing responsibilities with this program?

You will need to assist your Enrollment Specialist with promotional materials for your employees in order to achieve a successful program.

Can we make this program mandatory?

It is best to consult with your state in regard to regulations around Payout cards and direct deposit.

How do I activate my card?

Once you enroll for the card simply call the number on the back of your card to activate.

Where can I spend the funds?

You can spend the card anywhere that accepts Mastercard cards, which is over 35 million locations worldwide. Just look for the Mastercard Acceptance Mark. You can also withdraw cash by going to an ATM.  To set your PIN number, call the number on the back of your card, or register on

How soon are funds available?

We post the funds to your card as soon as they are available.  This can be as fast as real time.

How do I check my balance and transactions?

Cardholders can check their balance and transactions on the cardholder website, or by calling the toll-free number on the back of your card. Cardholders can also receive text messages which will inform them of all purchases and deposits as they happen on their card.

How do I set up Direct Deposit?

After your card is activated, your card has a unique routing and account number that can be used for direct deposit.  Your Juice card is a General Purpose Reloadable (GPR) card, so you can have multiple load sources to the same card.  You can request from your employer, or login to the online website, at to get your routing and account number.

How can I add money to my Juice Card?

You can easily add money using Direct Deposit or by loading cash or checks via INGO Money or Green Dot locations nationwide. Certain fees may apply, including those charged by the third-party load partner.

Is it safe to use the Juice Card for online purchases?

Yes. Your Juice Card can be used at thousands of online retailers.

Are there limits on how much money I can load, transfer or receive?

Please refer to the Cardholder Agreement for additional information on limits by all load types.

What do I do if I forget my login ID or password?

If you’ve forgotten the answer to your security question(s), call 1-(855)-687-2114 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a Member Services Representative will assist you.

How do I request a replacement card?

Please contact Member Services at 1-(855)-687-2114 to request a replacement card. A Replacement Card Fee may apply; see Cardholder Agreement for details. Your replacement card should arrive in 7-10 business days. If you do not receive your Juice Card within that time period, contact Member Services to make sure that the address we have on file for you is correct.

What if my Juice Card is lost or stolen?
To report your lost or stolen card, immediately call Juice Member Services at 1-(855)-687-2114 so that we can cancel the card and issue you a new one. You will receive your new card within 7-10 business days. A Replacement Card Fee may apply. See Cardholder Agreement for complete details.

I no longer work for my employer; do I need to cancel my card?

You can keep your card and continue to use it for direct deposit with your new employer.  The card is a general purpose reloadable card, which means it is your card and not our employer’s card.  Simply give your routing and account number to your new employer to continue with direct deposit. If you wish to cancel your card, simply contact the number on the back of your card.
